Most of our work arrives by way of attorney referral — often cases that other firms don't have the experience or resources to handle. We welcome the opportunity to talk with you and your client about how we can help.
Many referring attorneys choose to stay involved as participating counsel. We make that easy. In every referral, we pay a portion of the contingency fee to the referring or participating firm, fully consistent with the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar. Terms are documented in the representation agreement.
If another attorney refers me, are there extra fees?
No. Any referral or participation fee is paid out of the gross contingency fee — you pay no additional money. These arrangements are governed by the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar and are clearly spelled out in the representation agreement before any work begins.
